I normally read a book before falling asleep.
Doing sports walks in nature, books, and podcasts to keep my sanity. In general, trying to shift focus and stay present in whatever I'm doing to let my mind rest and generate more ideas.
Watch series, surf the internet, and sometimes simply sleep! :)

In my free time, I enjoy playing badminton. It's a great way to get some exercise and spend time outdoors. I find the sport to be both fun and challenging, and I always feel refreshed and energized after a good game. Besides playing sports, I also enjoy reading and learning about new things.
I enjoy exploring new hobbies, staying active outdoors, and connecting with friends and family to create lasting memories.
Love to read and sleep.

I love water sports, such as windsurfing, which can help you get the best exercise and enjoyment from fast swimming.
Also, travel is what makes me happy for sure.
Honestly, I rarely have free time because I work a lot on my business. Even my family complains about that. However, when I have free time I spend it 100% on the best attractions and holidays. For example, recently I had 10 days which I spend with my family in Dubai. It was the best decision! A luxurious hotel, a boat with wake board that we rant through https://yeprent.com, and of course great warm weather and delicious food. So yeah, this is how I spend my free time, not on PC and Xbox))
