What do you hate the most in software products?

I hate that almost ALL of the SAAS software services charge you PER user PER month. This quickly becomes unaffordable for small business owners, especially if you have a small team using the software. I have several virtual assistants that need access to my tools. I probably pay $400-$500 per month in software subscription fees and continually have to prune them down to only the "must-haves" that I use to generate money.
