Personally I find the scope creep a challenge.

The aspect I enjoy the least is the uncertainty and constant need to adapt to unforeseen challenges. It can be overwhelming at times, but I've learned to embrace it as part of the journey and find solace in the personal growth and resilience it cultivates.

Getting done with paper works. I have heard it's a bit painful if you don't have the right person by your side.
