One thing that has worked for me is setting clear daily goals and breaking down larger tasks into smaller sections so that they are easier to manage.

During the height of the pandemic I heard about some people actually going for a 30-min drive in the morning because it helped clear their head and they had been used to it from commuting all their lives. Granted, not for me, but I did enjoy making sure I had a 30-min walk with my dog in the morning that did in fact simulate walking to work. Part exercise, part clearing the head, part routine...it worked for me.
