What do you do to get back on track on days that you feel like doing nothing?

There are definitely days when I wake up feeling unmotivated and like I don't want to do anything. On those days, I try to start by doing something small, like making my bed or walking my dog. Another thing that can help me to get back on track is revisiting my goals and priorities. Sometimes when I'm feeling unmotivated, it's because I'm not feeling clear on what I'm working towards or why it's important to me. Taking some time to reflect on my goals and why they matter can help me to re-energize and get back on track. Finally, I try to be kind to myself and acknowledge that it's okay to have off days. If I'm really not feeling it, I might take a break and do something that I enjoy for a little while. What do you do to get back on track on days when you feel like doing nothing? I’d love to hear your thoughts!

While I definitely agree that revisiting goals and taking small steps can be helpful, sometimes nothing gets me motivated like checking my bank account and realizing bills won't pay themselves! 💰😂
