What do you, as a designer, think is the Role of Design in the product development?

Hey Jihee, the fellow Korean! I think it's all of the above (yeah even Just nice-to-have). It also really depends on the stage and maturity of your product also. But one thing will be constant, the designer needs to be the voice of the users, and the designers should never shy away from this.
