Curious what holes you have experienced with major payment platforms. Poor customer support, confusing API documentation, expensive rates or something else?

Payment processors often lack a comprehensive understanding of the available payment gateways, which can lead to difficulties when trying to integrate or configure these platforms. Additionally, there are inconsistencies in the documentation and tutorials, making it difficult for users to understand how to use the APIs

Stripe doesnt have built in referral/affiliate system which annoys me since it's a HUGE desired feature. I mean it's great for tools like Rewardful who can monopolize on that, but small sellers can't afford most of the subscription pricing- and it's something that they very much need to help grow.
Lately been receiving reports about customers not being able to manage their subscriptions to either upgrade or cancel. It takes them to a page where there is no events or functionalities- which we noticed that somehow a user was able to create 2 customer ID's.
Just seems like a mess and major issues to iron out.
