Pausing and trying to take the lessons out of most things instead of being rushed all the time. Might be less productive in a day but will be more in longer timeframes, even a week.

For me, itโs practicing gratitude before bed. Whether itโs part of a longer journaling session or just selecting three good things about the day, it very often puts me in a good mood and often helps prevent overthinking before sleep :)
Definitely getting up early and doing a quick meditation or breathing exercise to center myself before starting the day. It's amazing how much calmer and more focused I feel after just 10-15 minutes. Also been trying to get outside for a short walk each day, even if it's just around the block. Fresh air and a little movement does wonders! ๐๐ฟ
