I make sure  to follow up, but I’m careful not to be annoying. A gentle reminder after a few days usually does the trick.

I avoid  anything that looks like a generic template. You also have to make sure your messaging doesn't sound copy-pasted

I never get into a comfort mode or too chill. I want to be nice, but I also do not wish to overstep any boundaries.
