Regarding my strategy on the launch I looked for users with high streaks, upvotes, and comments on their posts. I also checked their social media presence. Then, I studied their behavior and engagement with other products to find those who provide valuable feedback and support to other makers.

Also Product Hunt is a great community and you will find all the supporters here :)
