What are your suggestions to start outbound marketing

PH community, Just started exploring PH and have gained a lot of insights. To start with, I have a few questions - * When it comes to outbound marketing, I'm curious about the appropriate number of follow-ups we should conduct. At what point does it cross the line into spam territory? I want to ensure that our outreach remains effective without becoming intrusive. * Another aspect I'm keen to explore is the fine balance between conducting outbound cold emails/calls and avoiding any potential annoyance to prospective leads. How can we strike a balance to ensure our efforts are well-received and respectful? Looking forward to your suggestions :)
