Good planing is a key. I love setting up monthly/weekly/daily goals with the team + being accountable by doing a simple checklist for the day on Slack. What also helped me recently is defining “goal of the day” — no matter what I should do it today, and it will bring me the best outcome.

To stay focused, I set clear goals for each work session and use a Pomodoro timer to break down work into intervals with short breaks in between. I also minimize digital distractions by turning off non-essential notifications and creating a dedicated workspace that signals my brain it's time to concentrate.

To stay focused, I create a distraction-free environment by muting notifications and using apps that block access to social media during work hours. I also break my work into focused intervals with short breaks in between, leveraging techniques like the Pomodoro to maintain a high level of concentration.

Time Blocking: Allocate specific time slots for tasks. Prioritize Tasks: Focus on high-priority tasks first. Limit Notifications: Turn off unnecessary alerts. Designate a Workspace: Create a dedicated, organized work environment.

@sentry_co We do weekly check-ins, discuss the work and goals we've accomplished and set goals/tasks for the upcoming week. Throughout the week we keep each other accountable and make sure none of us starts slacking! Knowing someone else is keeping an eye on your progress will definitely have an impact on your focus! We're launching our product in regards to this soon :)

@sentry_co Hahaha! That's an awesome way to say it, will definitely be using that in some advertisements lol! But yes, it's for entrepreneurs to find an accountability partner (who is also an entrepreneur), to create a mutual partnership where both parties keep the other accountable.

André, I've found that setting clear boundaries with dedicated work hours and communicating them to those around me helps minimize interruptions. Also, using noise-cancelling headphones with ambient sounds creates a personal focus zone that keeps distractions at bay.

Maintaining focus amidst distractions is key! Personally, I set specific time blocks for tasks, utilize noise-canceling headphones, and minimize notifications. Also, creating a designated workspace helps in minimizing interruptions and niva follower enhancing productivity.
