Customer acquisition cost is where I always start. Depending on the revenue model and CAC then I start asking different questions. I believe that this is key to a sustainable business.

My go-to key metrics are test coverage, defect density, and mean time to resolution (MTTR). These help me monitor code quality, identify weak spots, and track how fast issues get fixed

Customer acquisition cost (CAC) and churn rate are three of my favorite key metrics. These metrics help me figure out how well a product is doing, improve my marketing strategies, and find problems with keeping customers. By keeping an eye on and analyzing these, I can make decisions based on data to improve the overall health of a business.
