What are your current tools and processes for handling user onboarding and engagement.

With the products I've been working on lately, we typically build our own onboarding flows. So, the actual experience is written in code. That said, we have a few tools we use to measure performance and for improving the experience. - Loom: we use Loom to record instructional or welcome videos. They feel a little more personal than just text and we can usually show more concepts faster. - Fathom Analytics: we tend to use them for our general web tracking, so they're always in the mix. - Mixpanel: we use them for more detailed analytics and path analysis.
