What are your biggest struggle when it comes to looking & applying for an IT job?

The first candidates have great chances, that is, you need to constantly be in touch and spend a lot of time searching. When it comes to IT and developers in particular, it's a weird interview process by other developers. An interviewer may have a high technical skill, but be completely unable to conduct an interview. He may ask many deep, specific technical questions with little focus on the skills that really matter for the senior position.
