What are your biggest achievements in your work?

@kiakamgar I beg to differ. In a collaborative work environment, I think you do need to rely on each other. Team work makes the dream work :) If you don’t rely on others, I would re-evaluate your colleagues or job.

@slimmy82 Understood, however, I work remotely in/on my own business. The more ‘feedback’ I get, whether it’s good or bad, it diverts my focus away from my own goals for my own business.

@kiakamgar got it, that’s different, agree if you’re a solo entrepreneur it’s a little different and yes you’re more so relying on yourself.
