I've built an entire team without recruiting a single employee.
My team is made up of experts in their fields and are all either freelancers or small companies. They are all project based resources.
I'm excited about it since not only are they all extremely talented but this way of working definitely reduces costs and addresses the peaks and valleys of the effort required at each point in time for my start-up.

@ireteh Great! Being the founder and leader of a startup is not an easy task. I am not the founder or leader of a startup. But I am directly involved in it. I found out about the startup by accident. Began to understand it. Found an empty niche in a startup. I started working in this niche. After a while, I was accepted into the main team. I like what I do))
I have 3 goals. The planning horizons of the tasks set to achieve my goals are 10-15 years. At the moment, I am satisfied with the place that I occupy, and the level of knowledge, skills and abilities that I possess. But this is not enough to achieve the set goals. And this is a good incentive to move forward. There is no limit to perfection))
Remember that a design career is a marathon, not a sprint, and the old adage applies: if at first you don't succeed, try and try again. And don't be afraid to take a few detours along the way. It's just as important to learn from failure as it is to achieve success. And whatever your next step may be, aim high!
