I often use a translator, and I also like the Limber extension. Every 10 minutes there is a sound reminder to refresh your posture. It helps to feel good throughout and at the end of the day ;)

Adblock Plus, LastPass, and Honey, in my opinion, are useful tools that improve my surfing experience.
