First and foremost, it needs to be user-friendly and intuitive, with a clean and organized interface that makes it easy to navigate and use. It should also provide robust project management features, such as task tracking, collaboration tools, and analytics, to help me stay on top of my team's progress and make data-driven decisions. Additionally, I look for a tool that integrates with other software and platforms I use, such as Slack or Jira, to streamline my workflow and save time. Finally, it's important to me that the tool offers strong security features and data protection measures, to ensure that sensitive information is kept safe and secure at all times.

Answering broadly as there are different types of product management tools. For most tools, I'd look at the CRM, Slack and other cross-tool integration ability as an important factor. Not a fan of the via "Zapier" response, so direct API integration stands out and ideally, bidirectional.

- Do you track other tasks in your PM tool that you are not tracking in Jira, or are they one-to-one but that the Jira interface is more for tech and you interact with the PM tool instead of Jira?
- Who are the main stakeholders that you are collaborating with in the PM tool that you are using and in what situations do you bring in these stakeholders?
