Read their biographies and you'll find out.
One commonality amongst the top 0.0001% (Elon, Gates, Bezos, etc...) is
1. Wake up.
2. Work until you feel sleepy.
3. Sleep.
Repeat (they usually do this for 10+ years).
In none of those biographies have I ever read anything about taking care of their mental health, diet, happiness, etc... So I think most of that advice is bs.

Definitely! Some top productivity habits I've seen successful people follow: 1) Waking up early and having a consistent morning routine. 2) Prioritizing tasks and focusing on the most important ones first. 3) Taking regular breaks to recharge. 4) Saying no to distractions and time-wasters. 5) Constantly learning and investing in personal growth. 6) Surrounding themselves with positive, motivated people. 7) Staying organized with to-do lists, calendars, etc. Hope this helps! Would love to hear what habits have worked well for others too.
Prioritize Tasks: Focus on the most important tasks first.
Time Management: Use techniques like time blocking or the Pomodoro method.
Set Clear Goals: Break down big goals into manageable steps.
Minimize Distractions: Limit phone use and avoid multitasking.
Continuous Learning: Invest time in personal and professional growth
