What are the top 3 reasons you use Apple notes collaboratively?

I'm a product manager at a small venture studio focused mostly on consumer apps. Recently, in my product research interviews for party planning and travel apps, I've heard that people use Apple Notes with their friends. Do you do this too? I'm curious about the main reasons people do this and how they use it. Is there any functionality you wish it had?
