We are two co-founders working on a SaaS side project for over a year, and today we launched Prolinky on Product Hunt. https://www.producthunt.com/posts/prolinky The product is in beta and free. We have over 100 users and stores. With feedback and feature requests, we prioritized the features we are going to develop. From a business perspective, when do you think the best strategy to integrate paid plans, or even start testing the waters for monetization?

The easiest way is to develop your project and understand the basic and demanding features that customers can pay for. In the future, you can even use https://cpinap.com/ to get additional traffic

First, I like the website. Then, to answer your question, I would say that you should develop main features that are the most asked by beta users and make them try it. Improve satisfaction & when you feel the product quality is high enough, then you make them pay. But to prepare that moment, you can do 1 things : put beta users in payment pipe. There are 2 ways to do this : - New beta users : make them fill their payment info without taking money for the moment - Actual beta users : explaining them billling feature is ready and to keep their account they have 2 weeks (for example) to fill their payment infos Maybe you will make my recommendations a solution or not. But whatever guys, you can do it ! So test solutions and choose the one that works the better
