Would you consider Wikipedia as the OG open-source product? If so I think they've done a terrific job
From the list i also prefer Hanko, the design is really nice and clean.
Also Krita is a nice open source alternative to Photoshop.
I don't want to promote my own product, but for a machine vision application, where most of the time they are too complex to keep the design simple, i think AyBorg is well designed.
@melisa_jayne well, not sure Figma is open-source, is it? Penpot is a beautifully designed, open-source alternative tho.
