I remember when I was starting out... no replies! When I was in the other side of the table later in my career... I quickly learned a no reply has no excuse, its just bad etiquette

@john_carmichael completely agree. There's nothing worse than being ghosted.
When you do not want to move jobs, you get offers left and right. When you are desperately looking for a change, there is none to be found!
Finding the right jobs is a huge pain point. Job titles can get so broad sometimes and the descriptions just aren't the type of job that I'm looking for. Sometimes I wish I could search keywords in the job description to save myself a lot of time.
