What are the KPIs that people usually track for a first time product launch?

Planning to launch a product soon for the first time. Not sure how people track success of a launch? Anything to be mindful of and any mistakes I can avoid making?

KPIs that we tracked for out launch were  the number of new users and their conversion rate, website visitors and overall  feedback and satisfaction.

The number of leads and conversion rates of each channel. Make sure you also calculate the dollar amount of each conversion rate & channel.
