    For me, key metrics include retention rate and customer feedback. If people are consistently using the product and finding value, that's a strong sign of product-market fit!

    Agree that retention rate is key - if users are sticking around and consistently engaging, that's a great sign you're solving a real need for them. Would add NPS and organic referral rate too. If users love your product enough to keep using it and tell others about it unprompted, you're def onto something with product-market fit!
