USP front and centre. then use the rest of the space to back up your claim. You have peoples attention for 2secs max.The unique selling point is what they look for in that 2sec period. If they find it then you have their attention for longer. Maybe even make a sale.

There are many factors that contribute to designing a successful user friendly website, from responsive mobile design to search engine optimization. However, two of the most important factors in its success are: (1) website's purpose (2) target audience To create a successful website, you need to understand your target audience and what you want to achieve with your website. Once you know these things, you can start to design a website that meets the needs of your audience and achieves your goals

To make it crisp and clear. Get a real user interact with it and watch how they navigate (to make sure they don't get confused etc).
Among all the other points that have been put out here, want to highlight the clarity in writing wrt use cases. If your product has many different use cases, try to have a different page for each use case. Or at least a section where you can neatly explain all the use cases in tabs or something.

Website should be intuitive and easy to navigate, with a clear, simple layout and an effective search function. Second, the website should be optimized for mobile devices, as most users are now accessing websites through their phones and tablets. Third, the website should have a good loading speed, as users are impatient and will quickly abandon a website that takes too long to load. Finally, the website should have helpful tutorials and informative content.
