Your daily or weekly work plan may contain dozens of tasks. And there are many professional solutions that enrich and simplify planning.
You can use:
-Gantt chart.
-Kanban board.
-To-do lists.
-Tables.
-Advanced calendars.
-Prioritization matrices.
-Time management apps, and more.
If you're looking for the key components of an effective planning process, consider the following tips to create a weekly work plan:
-Turn paper-based ideas into online tasks.
-Choose a proper planning tool.
-Prioritize your tasks.
-Attach contextual data.
-Set deadlines.
-Delegate.
-Add dependencies and milestones.
-Arrange meetings.
-Be ready to manage changes.
-Reflect and improve.

Yes, 70% - coding, 25% - meetings, 5% - mental health. This obviously changes depending on the dynamic growth each week so I tweak it accordingly.
Our tactic here is just to keep it small. Lets plan the smallest things we can do to affect where we want to be, and then ideally everyday we overachieve on those.
We do need to have a bigger plan for this to work though, as we need to be able to make decisions daily on top of our daily planning.
The key components of an effective daily/weekly planning process include setting clear and achievable goals, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance, breaking down tasks into manageable chunks, and setting aside dedicated time for both work and relaxation.
