Every month to me feels like a sprint with certain goals I would like to achieve.
1. Today we're launching our product (Salesforge) in closed BETA, so I'm onboarding 12 pilot customers right now.
2. Looking to release publicly later in the month as we have 200+ companies on the waitlist.
3. Looking to get on Appsumo marketplace to sell a 1-year deal.
4. Looking to get on 1-2 major newsletters like Indie Hackers announcing our launch.
What are your goals for June?

MYND
In June, I have set several goals for myself and my team. Firstly, we aim to increase user engagement by implementing new features and improving the overall user experience. Lastly, we are committed to gathering valuable feedback from our users to continually refine and improve our product.

Have a successful PH launch tomorrow to get the month started off on a good note. By the end of the month I would love to have stable yet growing traffic on my site and clear feedback as to where to invest time in the future.
Iām curious to know how you track your goals.
