I think choosing the correct font is the first thing. Readability is the key to user-friendliness.
1. Proper content hierarchy
2. White space
3. Colour selection + contrast
Take everything about a website you use often that drives you mad with rage, reflect on why it evokes this emotion. Avoid those things.
Clean design, intuitive navigation, fast load times, mobile responsiveness, and clear call-to-action buttons.
Clear branding that's replicated on all your media. To this I'll add a responsive platform and you're all set 🦾
