  • What are the biggest learnings from running the business?

Each of you runs a business in a slightly different industry and throughout the time you could observe some specific things related to your entrepreneurship. What were the biggest learnings when you faced challenges? 👀 ---------- The most significant learnings for me: 1️⃣ People do not wait for you – they probably do not even care so you need to be as close as possible to your possible customers and "catch" their needs. 2️⃣ Try to have the best possible product that solves the problem and touches the relevant people – your relatives and friends may support you but they will do it once, or twice but that's all. (AKA regret will not save you.)

Great points! One of my biggest learnings is that adapting quickly to feedback is essential. While it's crucial to develop a strong product, being able to pivot or refine based on real customer needs can make or break success. It’s all about staying connected to your audience and evolving with them.

@kellyann3644 it is a fact that when you run a business, you do a difficult thing. You need to be optimistic to move the rocks.

One of the biggest learnings is the importance of adaptability. Things don’t always go as planned, so being flexible and ready to adjust has helped us stay on track and grow. 🔥

@andreea_staicu Agree. You have to be open to pivot and not fall in love with your idea so much you aren't open to being flexible.

I would say it's just pure resilience. Not giving up or getting discouraged when things don't go as planned. Learn from your mistakes and try again!

One major lesson is to focus on the long game. Quick wins are great, but consistent effort and patience are what really drive sustainable growth.
