Choosing what to work on. Sort your priorities from high to low and start working from top to bottom- that sounds easy. In reality, effectively managing opportunity in advance is the hard part.

Being scattered and jumping from task to task

Time. A day ends quickly when there's a lot of work.

My biggest challenge is prioritizing competing demands and saying no to new work when I'm already at capacity. It's also hard to stay focused and avoid distractions, especially when I'm working on multiple projects at the same time.
