I would Say Figma community is a great start! I also consume a lot of content related to UX/UI on LinkedIn (there's a lot of good creators in this field)

+1 for Figma community. Also following different UX/UI designers on social media gives a good idea of the trends and best practices. Dribbble is another good resource for inspiration.
