    Understand and Target your user audience. Umm for analytics Use YouTube's search functionality to find content creators in your niche. Pay attention to the number of subscribers, views, and engagement (likes, comments) on their videos. You can also leverage the Influencer's marketing platform. Review their content and is it aligns with your brand or requirements. If yes, check their previous partnerships and see how they performed. Once done, can check engagement metrics here (like, comment etc.) also, monitor click-through rates, conversions, and brand mentions to assess the campaign's success. Hope this helps. :))
