Burnout is something all of us face at one point, what do you guys do to keep it all together and endure through the hustle. Need ideas...

To add a bit of detail, its just important to understand the trade offs. You can try and work 100 hours a week but if that means you’re going to be burned out for an entire week in a month (or even less). You’re overall going to be less productive. Quality not Quantity when it comes to work in my opinion.
@pablo_fatas Well said, but doesn't you work linger in the back of your mind during breaks?
Find a hobby you're passionate about that isn't work related.
@mike_mirandi I have tried picking up spanish, what is your go to hobby?
