One of the biggest challenges is finding designers who not only have the right skills but also align with our creative vision and brand ethos. It's like finding a needle in a haystack, but the needle has to be both shiny and pointy!

Another challenge is ensuring that designers are motivated and compensated fairly while still managing costs. Balancing quality with budget constraints can be tricky.

Lastly, with so many talented designers out there, standing out and convincing them to choose our platform over competitors is a constant hustle. But hey, that's what keeps things exciting!

Design is one area which has to go through a lot of feedback loops. Finding a designer who is good with feedback is challenging. Fortunately, that's not the case with our team anymore. But I would say that it is challenging.
