What are some of the main struggles for successful Digital Marketing?

I have always been curious to know how others approach this subject. I do believe that we all know about the main ones such as: -Generating quality leads and conversions -Measuring and proving ROI -Keeping up with the constantly changing landscape But I want to know some of the most unconventional struggles you have faced while working in digital marketing! Let's talk about it

@vijay_arora3 I completely agree with the main struggles which was highlighted. I believe one of the key issues that often gets overlooked is the shortage of experienced experts with both hard and soft skills in the field. Cause in the end team it's everything...

Hi Vijay, although this isn't necessarily unconventional, I think a major struggle affecting digital marketers is getting internal buy-in/approval from stakeholders. There are many great marketing ideas and tactics that never see the light of day because they get killed internally for a variety of different reasons. Part of the solution is actively involving all stakeholders in strategy development and over-communicating at every step of the process.

Another challenge I see is focusing too much on the product. Perfecting the product before launching resulted in a compromised audience and number on the waitlist. Set numbers and deadlines

This differs from what they offer but for all SaaS products, the main goal and struggle are to retain their clients. Of course, everybody wants to increase ARR/MRR, the question is "How?" So they tend to focus on building community(open for feedback content creation, affiliate marketing), email campaigns, optimizing their product, and other strategies.
