What are some of the incentives that you gave to beta-testers?

we tried to give coupon for coffee and ,it worked actually, i mean people get interested. however, the quality and engagement was low :/ we are now focusing more on to find real, interested people and get them onboarded with free usage for 3 months.

The best gift is money, but in addition there is also a subscription for a couple of years for the product and a letter to everyone.

We launched mDash (our AI-powered project management tool built specifically for web development) to open beta today here on PH, and we're offering a discount on the paid tiers of our product. We'll see how well it works, as this is my first time launching a product, but hopefully that piques the interest of some people!

Beta lifetime discount, we gave them to test it for free for a month or two and afterward we give them a really good discount forever
