I find making the agenda of the emails simple and direct very helpful in that regard.

Write each email by hand instead of using automated bulk sending

Definitely personalize each email and find a connection point with the recipient if possible. And keep it short! People are busy and get tons of emails, so get to the point quickly. I've also heard that including a super short video intro can boost response rates, but haven't tried that myself yet. Anyone use video in their cold outreach?

Use tools like ContactOut or Hunter.io to find verified email addresses. Personalize each email by mentioning something specific about their work. Keep it short, get to the point quickly, and always provide value upfront. Follow up persistently but politely if you don't hear back after a week or two.

Personalize each email, keep them short but compelling, and always include a clear call-to-action! Oh and make sure you're targeting the right prospects in the first place. Manual is better than automated for that personal touch 👌

Heavy plus to Benson's advice:) Also Focus on quality rather than quantity, and always investigate thoroughly before sending an email Additionally, aim to engage your counterpart in a discussion instead of simply proposing or pitching ideas

@kszhebrovskaya That's right, quality seems more important than speed. To achieve that, I think I need to do sufficient research about the other party as well.
