From my experience advising a small group of startups and from my own personal entrepreneurial journey: - Do not delegate work - Micromanage smart people - Don’t create an advisory group - Make all decisions - Worry about everything - Ultra-focused on funding - Do not network with more intelligent people - Don’t share journey, knowledge - Create artificial deadlines - Fail on artificial deadlines - No time for self-health

To me the three major mistakes entrepreneurs often make: - Cash Flow Mismanagement - Neglecting Market Research - Hiring Based on Cost I think micromanaging is another big problem. Delegation is really vital for founders and entrepreneurs.

There are some common mistakes among first-time founders. Here are some: - Planning excessively - Not validating their idea / getting initial traction - Trying to play boss by building a large team prematurely

@my_phung So true! I know friends who have plan fatigues from planning too much. The biggest barrier to success is lack of action -- taking the first baby step is sooooo important!

    - no time for self health is the biggest one. For anyone who reads this, go out, workout, start cooking your own food :)

Ah, the classic entrepreneur pitfalls - it's like trying to build a rocket without a launchpad! Remember, delegation is key, micromanaging is a no-go zone, and connecting with wise minds can be the jet fuel your startup needs to soar! 🚀
