Resilience. So many people will doubt, or think you're crazy. Gotta fight through those.
Efficient time management. I struggle with this. I spend a lot of time coding and doing product development when I need to focus on marketing. Then when I'm marketing I'm too scared to pull some triggers when I need to just say "screw it, post that now".
Adaptability. Need to be able to say "ok, that didn't work, let's stop and do something different".
