What AI tool do you use most frequently? (Besides ChatGPT)

I personally frequent Notion AI after ChatGPT.
I rely on Notion AI for improving titles and scripts for my social media content. I use it to generate variations, and to shorten and simplify my writing.
Additionally, since I use Notion as a second brain I also use it to summarize articles I've saved and notes I've taken.

Glasp: Curated Content to Crafted Posts
I use YouTube Summary with ChatGPT & Claude every day!
@kazuki_nakayasiki No one watches the actual videos anymore 😂
I love notion AI to improve old writing I have done, but I find that the "simplify" option doesn't work for the past few weeks. The continue writing function doesn't work too well either.
I'm writing mostly in chatgpt and then through grammarly.
@coultonshaw Yepp. Writing is a hassle atm. I think there will be agents that can do the mundane stuff soon enough. Like batch up tasks etc.

Along with all the amazing products mentioned in the other replies, I use Userdesk to manage the customer support of my startups via AI Assistants.
I usually create a lot of content, from FAQs, to Documentation, to Blog Posts, and I want the leads and my customers to find the right information whenever they need it, simply by asking questions to the AI Assistant embedded on the website.
And I love that I can pull the data from many sources like Notion, websites, and Google Drive.
A huge customer success booster 🙌
There Is A Tool For That
I use this cool tool called Gist a chrome plugin its free and summarises any article or YouTube video
Being a growth marketer i use few AI tools to rely on my daily routine.
1. Picmaker - Design + Schedule + Manage your social media needs under one platform. I've been using this for quite some time, truest me you'll be blown away with this tool.
2. SEO AI - A very helpful tool which helps me to grow my website organically.
3. Clockify - A time tracking software to monitor my daily tasks.
4. Steve AI - Blog to video maker which i personally use to syndicate the blogs and market it via different social channels.
5. Grammarly Go - A helpful tool for content writing needs.

These are 11 No-code tool i personally use to run my small startup.
I’ll keep this short — here are ten no-code tools I use that help me seamlessly run my business.
1/ Hypefury
I’ve been using this for nearly two years to automate my content. This is the reason my content runs on autopilot even when I’m holidaying.
And of course, I’d rather spend 60 minutes a week doing this than manually hopping onto Twitter and getting distracted.
Schedules tweets and LinkedIn posts
Runs Auto DMs (great for campaigns)
Saves me 20 hours a month!
2/ Helper-AI 2.0
Just type “Help” and instant access GPT-4 on any site + Complete Ownership and source code.
Why use it?
✓ 3x Productivity, Write code & Excel Formulas, Rewrite, Research, and more.
✓ Work Great with all macOS + Windows.
✓ Resell at any cost ( 100% Ownership + Source Code )

3/ ConvertKit
This is the most popular email marketing tool amongst creators.
It's where I run my Side Hustle Saturdays newsletter.
I waited for too long (1.5 years) to hop onto Convertkit because it’s expensive.
I’m glad I hopped into it. I get:
detailed metrics
customisable segmentation
a powerful email marketing software
4/ Gumroad
I used to host all my products there until the ne
w rule came in this year and increased the fee from 5% and 14.8%
I still host my digital products and freebies here. I’ve only moved my courses as they’re high ticket.
It’s amazing because it has:
pay-what-you want
a simple landing page
is super easy to ship
If you’re new to products, start here.
The PWYW is an especially powerful feature because even if your product costs $0, you can make money. My free Side Hustler Checklist has made $1459.47 because a few people donated.
5/ Canva
I use it for my ebooks and LinkedIn thumbnails.
easy to use
so many designs to choose from!
did I tell you how damn easy it is?
I didn’t buy the pro version until a year ago, so don’t think you need it and can’t do without it.
More about this in the end…
6/ Clockify
This is where I track my hours and boast about working under 4 hours/ day.
free
simple
keeps you on track
improves productivity
7/ Google Sheets
I use it to
track finances
store ideas
record my work
I know Notion is popular for this but I like the plain ol’ Google stuff.
8/ TopmateHQ
I conducted my first-ever free webinar and made $1407.58 in 75 minutes thanks to pay-what-you-want.
I now have my coaching calls here + will conduct future webinars.
It rocks because of:low fee
easy to use
has PWYW model
you can create packages
you can also upload digital products
9/ Passionfroot
I have a transparent rate card for brand sponsorships. The thing is, I don’t want to haggle and go back and forth on negotiations.
Both parties shouldn’t waste time, right?
This is:
free
super easy to use
creates an attractive landing page
eases the load of back-and-forth negotiation
I plug this in my newsletter and send it when somebody reaches out to me for a brand collaboration.
10/ Calendly
I don’t do calls, per se.
95% of the time it's the calls with my Summit 21 students before we kick off the cohort.
free
easy integration of Zoom
you can customise your availability
That’s a wrap!
Love,
N
Last, I hope you can use some of them to make your life easier.
Perplexity, Claude, AutoGen, Notion + a list of about 70 tools that I jump between. I am busy compiling a blog post about what they are and how I use them so will follow up once it's done. :D
