What advice would you give to a Company newbie?

1. create the framework of work 2. since your team also will start from small number, make sure you understand about your team ( ie what they expect, what their life goals, etc) 3. many early company have a dream, but ask to your self that you already know ho to handle.

Believe in yourself, learn from people that already done the same thing you are doing, and don't give up.
