What according to you is better for Masters? Also why?

Depends on which country you are in to begin with 😄

It depends on the level of study, I think it's very beneficial if we study abroad when in senior high school or at the college level. At least we already know what would we do in the future, most of my friends who have experience studying abroad have a larger opportunity. But it doesn't mean if you study in your country you can't have large opportunities. *abroad should be a better country.
