When it comes to building pricing for your product, the best place to start is by conducting market research to understand what your competitors are charging, what your target customers are willing to pay, and what factors might impact their purchasing decisions. From there, you can experiment with different pricing models and strategies, and adjust your pricing over time based on feedback and performance.

@porsha_wendy Love it! Why is it so uncomfortable asking your customers what they are willing to pay for what you've built. Once we started asking that, we were quite surprised that we actually get responses and it wasn't that awkward after all. On the contrary, it really helps.

Check what competitors are charging, find a middle ground depending on the things you have to offer, potentially look into 3 different tiers and also get feedback from beta users/current freemium or paid users depending on your plan. No place to start is a bad place, you can always adjust your pricing model as you go along, so don't overthink it

@mirena_vasileva Great point! It's an ongoing process, not a one-off shot. Is it weird to find comfort in that? haha. Thanks a lot for sharing your insights!

@sara_nelissen totally isn't weird I find comfort in accepting that things will be 'unfinished' and ad hoc. At least then you have accepted it 😂
