We just had our first launch ever yesterday, it was a crazy day but so worth it!
Here are some tips I'd recommend:
1. Generate hype before your launch specifically from your network and ask them for support - avoid cold reach outs!
2. Queue up your social posts beforehand so you're not worrying about those the day of.
3. Give everyone on your team a role and have your battle stations ready eg. replying to twitter, replying to PH comments, customer support etc

@entreeden I think having community on our social channels (linkedin & twitter) definitely helped us, our early community was so happy to support us. Then spending a good amount of time on our visuals/assets to help tell our story for launch!
