Upvouting principles

Greetings to the PH community!! please explain the current voting situation: the project with 454 (Frontly) votes is in the first place, and with 2598 (GUIDDE) only 6.. moreover, it looks like this is a product that was advertised for a fee on PH... and if you select All, and not the Featured button, then this from 2598 is not on the first screen at all... I don't understand what this means... judging by this sheet, Guiddie doesn't even get into the top 5, i.e. it doesn't fly at all..
