Unlimited Vacations : Is "The Netflix method" the Future of Employee Benefits?

The 'Netflix method' of unlimited vacation time has been gaining popularity among some companies. Would you offer this benefit to your employees? If not, why?

The company I work at offers this as well. I think as a business it has its pros, you don't have to pay off PTO when someone leaves AND people are actually less likely to take PTO when it's "unlimited." Because of that I'd probably keep limited vacation time because it'll encourage people to actually take it instead of losign it!
