I used to be the person who'd say, "I suck at marketing." But as we've begun to prep for our product launch over the past few weeks, my perspective has shifted a lot: I realize now that I Don't Suck; I Just Never Tried! And I mean actually 'tried'. 💡 Here's the plan I've been following recently: 1️⃣ Show Up Every Day: Post on Twitter, LinkedIn, Product Hunt, and more. Consistency here seems to be key. 2️⃣ Engage with Your Audience: Even if it's just a handful of newsletter subscribers, I nurture those connections. I engage with others peoples posts and try to provide valuable insights and advice. 3️⃣ Persistence Pays: Building a following in any niche is very difficult. I see this as a long-term commitment to a new daily routine. It's a straightforward plan, but it requires a lot of focus and consistency to work. Here's the golden nugget quote I heard that completely shifted my thought process: "If you don't have an audience, you don't have a product." 📣 Anyone else felt like "I just suck at marketing", and then managed to overcome that thought process? What are the top 3 tips you'd give to a marketing newbie who's feeling a bit lost? Share your insights, and let's help each other grow! 🚀👇
