I'm trying to programmatically create a longer video using a series of shorter video clips. Any tool(s) that can help with
- Creating shorter video clips
- Merging video clips seamless using APIs
- Rendering and sharing the final format ready for YouTube upload.

We are working on a video tool that could help with that, check out www.visla.us you can sign up for a free account now.
You can create videos from within platform, upload your own videos to use, then merge them together, it's pretty easy.
